The website Bigdasport.com stated they sold authentic NFL jerseys. I was looking for a jersey that had a Super Bowl patch and the item them showed was the expectation I would have for a NFL jersey with the patch. What I received after 7 weeks of waiting was counterfeit and dramatically less quality. Since I believed I would never receive the item I ordered for the NFL shop and have photos to show the issues. They are unwilling to refund the full price of $77, only $25 if I ship the item to Vietnam and once received I would get my partial refund.

I ordered a jersey online from Bigdasport.com just after the super bowl. They stated delivery would take 15-22 business days. They also provided a USPS tracking number link. The tracking stated it was coming out of Los Angeles. As the deadline approached the tracking status never changed. I reached out to their support team at [email protected] and they stated there was a system error and should provide status in 5-7 business days. After this I requested a refund for the $80 I paid and have not heard back since.

I purchased a football jersey online from Bigdasport.com. I received an email receipt from [email protected] with a tracking number. When I input the tracking number in "the Shop" app that I was directed to it stated this is not a valid tracking number.

There is no phone number to call and attempts to contact through their email are not responding.
