Group of friends were tried to get airline tickets from BestTicketsDeal.com, said they could get us a great deal, being $2315. My credit union only allowed $2k at one time so had set up payment for the rest. The tickets my friends purchased, the flight did not exist and then when i called, they sent me only a screen shot of general info, no seats or anything. after i demanded a refund, they said to give it 5-7 days for the refund. unable to get a hold of anyone at the 855 number or the persons direct line of 520-635-4025
