I mistakenly signed up for BestMe (BestMe.us) for a Keto diet and was under the impression that it could be cancelled within 48 hours. There was no phone number provided. I reached out to them and saw that they had me down for $95.00 for 3 months upgrade that I never ever agreed to. I lost $37.00. I contacted them and they said "You will be contacted as soon as possible to resolve both the cancellation and refund matter. That was on February 28th. I have heard from no one as yet.

I looked at the reviews online and see that the complaints are numerous. Please list them as fraudulent.
