I received a letter from BestInMedicine.com saying i had been recognized as one of the "Top Social Workers" in my region. They said they would publish me info in the "Best In Medicine Magazine's Missouri edition" and told me to visit a website or scan a qr code in the top right corner. It was signed Scarlett Shepherd. The envelope has a USA presorted standard stamp and a New York address

I received a letter at my practice from BestInMedicine.com stating I was one of the Top Social Workers in my region. As I recently moved to my state of practice 3 months ago I was suspicious and googled all of the information provided. Nothing remarkable came up, the company address was invalid, there was no number provided, and no information as to who Scarlett Shepherd is.
