Advertisement for 'top-rated' food dehydrator from BestdealsBig.com, various names (Dehyvex, HM-801), advertised to heat to 70C, on sale for $150 with various known US companies endorsing it. Received ~ 3 weeks after ordering, DID NOT WORK on first use. Attempted to file warranty (Product brochure has NO ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBERS to contact their production company). Found out 3rd party (BestdealsBig.com) manages this. Payment was recorded as PAYPAL for a total of $150. Service warranty requires return of product to China (at consumer's cost) and tracking number. No tracking number is available in China after passing US Customs. Product itself is cheap plastic, after multiple attempts to use it heats only to 118F (NOT ~160F, as advertised). CONCERNED ABOUT FOOD SAFETY. BestdealsBig.com offered 30% goodwill refund.
