I received an email from Berlo thanking me for my order and that everyone was working overtime to get my order shipped but due to backlog please be patient for your order. I did not order from this company. When I called told him I received an email from your company but I didn't order anything and he asked me what the email said and there was a lot of commotion in the background. I just hung up. I called my credit card company and there was nothing posted they give me a tracking number but it said your package has not shipped. I sent four emails to [email protected] telling them I did not order from your shop if there is an order being sent to me cancel it don't know if they got my information from me just being on their site.? it stated that my card was charged as soon as the order was made. That's why I called the credit card companies and they had no record of that.
