Paid a deposit for a fence project that was never started
After receiving the deposit, Richard Leslie delayed the project, claiming multiple personal and family medical emergencies. While I initially tried to be understanding and gave him additional time, he ultimately failed to begin any work on the project.
Communication became inconsistent, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, he neither performed the agreed-upon services nor returned my $1,000 deposit.
At this point, it has become clear that the business has no intention of fulfilling the contract or issuing a refund.
Resolution Requested:
I am requesting a full refund of the $1,000 deposit that was paid for services that were never rendered.
Paid for equipment rental and permit from Beach Bum Living but they ghosted me
