Bark Beds Online advertised on Facebook that they were having a "buy one, get one free" dog bed sale. I went to the website, ordered two dog beds, and paid for them. I received a sales confirmation and the money was deducted from my credit card. Several weeks went by with no shipment or communication from the company. I reached out to check the status of the order and was told they are backlogged and my order would ship soon. At this point, it was too close to Christmas to receive the items as they were intended to be gifts. The company offered a refund and I accepted. I was told the refund request was submitted to the "refunds department" and would be processed. I waited two more weeks and, still, no refund, shipment, or communication. I reached out two more times and received the same response. I still have not received a refund.

Was advertised to purchase a dog bed at a discount on Black Friday. The price seemed reasonable for the size of the bed so I purchased and received an order confirmation email. It's been over 20 days later and I haven't received any further notices of shipping. My order number is pretty low which usually indicates the company is new. On the website, however, they have over 14k of 100% 5 star reviews (red flag). I should have looked into the website a bit further before purchasing. After doing further research on WHOIS, the domain is new and was registered in September 2021. I have contacted the company and am waiting for a response. If no reply is received I will dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
