I order product through company. Received it in 3 weeks. The product was not like picture shown. They do not send a return label. You call the whatsapp phone number and no one picks up phone. I sent the email with pictures of what i received. They keep asking for more pictures and give you the run around. Do not purchase from Baisi Wigs
