On Friday March 27, 2026 I was looking for a florist in Antioch, California. And there there information came up on a website for Avas. So I called to place an order thinking it was a florist in Antioch. I placed an order for flowers and asked if they can deliver on that Friday. I called them several times on Friday several times on Saturday several times on Sunday they kept giving me the run around. Then I called them early Monday and they sent me an email statement the flowers were deliver. I call the recipient of the flowers and she said that she did not receive any flowers. I called Avas again and threatened them and on Monday night somebody delivered some flowers than looks like they cost $25. I called them again on Tuesday and asked for a refund and the person that answers the phone said that there customer support team will give me a call back on Tuesday and I never heard back from them. I lost $100.
