When I got the list it was total junk. I confronted Steve and he asked forgiveness and gave an updated list - which was even worse. He keeps giving excuses about not being able to make a refund and even asked to sell me more services - doing the emails themselves (saying that my email was the problem not their data).
This is a total scam - the data isn't real ... my company is an exhibitor and we are listed on the form. The website is wrong and the contact is someomeone I have never heard of. They definitely aren't doing what they purport.
