Arjencia water dispensing machines often take money without providing water to those who pay for it. It has happened to me personally on many occasions. I have complained in the past, and they have sent me coupons for money that I have lost, but it continues to happen. If these people cannot ensure their machines work properly, they should not be in business. It is a waste of my time and money. Many times, I do not contact them for reimbursement, because I have contacted them so many times before.
