They have called my and my families phone to get in contact with me. They are reporting that they are going to take me to court about a debt collection when my credit has no collection and use a law firm to manage my credit score and changes.

The voicemails are all the same... "head arbitraitor Phillip Norman with ARG and Associates attempting to contact (my electronic name) in regards to a pending motion scheduled to be filed with the county clerks office. If (my electronic name) would like to receive information in reference to a out of court dismissal they will need to contact the mediation department prior to legal documents being delivered to the defendant (my electronic name). Please be advised the this will serve as an official notification to (my electronic name). You may hold to be transferred to the office or contact us directly at (electronic voiced number 833-781-8208) and you will need to reference file number (electronic voice RU397030). You have officially been notified. Good day.

This really needs to stop. And they are calling my family members. It can only get worse, and sounds like it is really affecting other people's lives in negative way.
