ordered sandals. was supposed to receive email when sandals were mailed. never got email. after about 3 weeks(was giving them time) i emailed. received reply saying a representative will get in touch. no one gets in touch. called number, no answer. checked my credit card and my payment was received. got an email back apologizing and claimed that sandals were being sent. got a tracking number. today, in the mail received a teeny tiny empty usps ps lightweight parcel with the same tracking number. but return address was some building in commerce.
