The link I received was not Apples and they asked for social security number and credit card info and mother’s maiden name. THE WEBSITES SHOWED THEY WERE SECURE- DON’T FALL FOR IT. I received a call stating that there was phishing activity on my apple. he stated someone had tried to change my password at 7am in tennessee and in florida. he said he needed me to go to my mac book right away to upload software. he was very aggressive and kept pushing that I needed to do it right now.

Also received a text message stating you know if you have a bank account you wont be tired of making money i assure you that you wont, you dont bite the hand that feeds you.

They told me my account was hacked and the only way to secure it was to buy a 100 dollar iTunes card and then they would reimburse right away, then they asked me to get 4 more cards at 150 each. They spent the 100 dollars immediately. I thought I was talking to a real apple employee. They said they were headquarters in California. Gave me names, employee identification numbers, and phone extension numbers. There are several toll free numbers, all the same people. The real apple company could not save the 100 because it was spent immediately.

When you tell them you do not have a account they call back again in a few minutes. I then told them I would report there number. Thet then called back 9 times every 20 minutes to harrass me .They did the same thing last month.

A representative from Apple Inc called our landline phone and stated that my iCloud account was compromised/breached from Germany or Russia and instructed me to select "Option 1" upon which I spoke with a male with a foreign accent requesting further account details to assist in the compromise/breach. Upon questioning the validity of the call, the representative abruptly hung up. The call initiated from (408) 606-5775.

I received messages on my answering machine stating that Apple had found suspisious behavior on my Icloud account and that I needed to call back and speak with a technician. They called me 7 times on sunday and about once a day before that. I called the number back and spoke with a person by the name of George C*** and he stated he needed to get into my account. I informed him I did not have a computer and he told me "yes you do". I asked to speak with a supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor and hung up on me. I have not received a call since.
