I purchased an e bike from Aovopro and on delivery I checked that it was too bad to ride without the suspension. So I decided to return it within a week, the window was 30 days. I contacted them and they said I will have to ship it with my own cost, and gave me an address. I opted UPS ground and send it to the address and sent them the tracking number. It got delivered back and UPS sent me the proof of delivery, I checked after a few days they said the warehouse will check and update. After a few more days they said the warehouse did not receive it. Just one line replies and then altogether ghosted me. Now I lost the product, money and my precious time. This is not fair. And email is their only means of customer service, which is bad
