I decided to purchase a consult session through Mr. Silva's website. There are many positive testimonials. He requires payment before scheduling an appointment. I was taken to Paypal, where I paid for the service and was redirected to his website. I was supposed to send a message through his website so that I could be contacted to schedule an appointment. The problem is you can't send messages through his website. I got repeated error messages. Mr. Silva has no phone number or email address on his website. The only way to contact him is through his website's messaging system. I filed a dispute through PayPal. However, there is no telling how many people have submitted payments and who could not contact Mr. Silva to schedule an appointment. If he is not trying to scam people then he needs a different way for clients to contact him in the event that his website messaging system isn't working.
