I contacted him to find me a vehicle. Two days later he told me he got me a great vehicle for 85,000 (2022 Chev. Corvette ) he then told me he needed 10% now so he could place the vehicle on his “Floor Plan” . I then transferred a total of $8,500 over the course of 2 days through Venmo & Zelle. This was on July 13 & July 14 2023. After he received my money he to this day has never given me a VIN # or pictures of this vehicle. For the past 30 days? I have heard every excuse / reasons why he can’t give me the information on the vehicle , now im asking for my refundable deposit back and i am getting all sorts of excuses. “ ohhh the floor plan needs 48 hours” that was 2 weeks ago , its all on my cell phone from him in text messages. And sent me pics of his bank account that looks altered. He even gave me a false Bank Of America Account Number that wasn’t his . And the payment bounced 2 times . I’m now forced to bring legal action against him and his business.
