The clothes were very thin & cheap and the sizing was completely off. I take a size Large and these 3 items were more like an American small! They gave lots of reasons why they couldn't refund my money from "two of the three items are non-refundable to you will have to return the 3rd item to China!" THIS IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. I can see from reading all these complaints that the FBI and Attorney General needs to be involved. They are scamming people all over the United States - not just in California - but that's where I'm starting because of the return address on their bill of lading. This is the address (which our post office says is not a valid street): 216 Hattis Court, South San Francisco CA 94080.
It will be a cold day in hell before I order from any internet company that I've never heard of. There's another one bombarding me with emails - very similar - it's called WISH. Nope - not going there, sorry.
In order to return them you have to go to their web site and find the "return/refunds" (I believe it said) and jump through a bunch of hoops just to get the "OKAY" to return items. By the way, the shipping bag they were shipped in said they were shipped from San Francisco, CA, not China! When they approved the return they said something to the affect that "it is going to cost you a lot to return the package because we are located in China". So I went to the USPS site to try to figure out how much it would cost to return the package and it was nearly 3/4 of what I paid for the purchase just to return it!! So of course I accepted their offer because it was either that or get NOTHING!!
THIS IS A SCAM!! I researched a web site for reviews of this site (made by customers just like me) and was SHOCKED to see how many other people had been given the same run around AND the same "15% return offer"!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!! Can anything be done about this, it is clearly a rip-off. You can read the dozens and dozens of complaints almost identical to mine at:
trustpilot.com/review/anniecloth.com
Please contact me and let me know what, if anything can be done about these RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!
Please advise as to what action can be taken about this problem. So many people have already been ripped off by these creeps!
Also, I have a packing slip but was unable to scan it for you unfortunately.
Thank you,

"All online purchases (except lingerie, swimwear, jewelry & accessories and final sale) through anniecloth.com can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
You have many final sale items which cannot be returned ....
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.
You can check the return policy here: https://anniecloth.com/information/Refund%20Policy
***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. ***
Thanks for your patience! Please don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions."
I am reading online how many people have been scammed by this company, all of whom have not received what they ordered. Please help! They are advertising everywhere! I imagine they are making a mint off advertising fake clothing photos, only to send partial orders of very random poly clothing labeled as natural.
Ugh.
Company deliberately kept mixing up the order to delay time.
Company would not give me a refund and sent me a fake tracking order.
I never received my purchased items.

After contacting them via email, since that is the only way to contact them, to request a Return Address they replied to me stating that it would be too expensive since I had to return the items to China and to take a 15% refund, but did not provide the return address. Since then I have sent numerous emails still requesting the return address and they reply with a automatic email requesting the description of the items I intend to return.
After 15 business days, they just stopped replying to my messages and did not refund the 15% offered.
