How come the scammers at anniecloth.com have not been removed/blocked from the Internet? Could someone please explain to me what needs to be done in order to have Anniecloth permanently removed from the Internet? They scam people and take their money. The items that you receive are not the same as are pictured on their website. ***When you try to return the items, by following their policy rule for rule, you are still unable to return the items. This is against the law. They pretended that they were going to take the items back but when they provided me with the “mandatory return authorization” they gave me an address that does not exist anywhere on this earth. Canada post has confirmed that that address does not exist and therefore would not accept the parcel because there was nowhere for them to send it to.****

What needs to be done to have this scam permanently stopped? I need to know because Anniecloth needs to be stopped immediately so that this does not happen to anyone else.

Unlike their advertising, orders are NOT shipped within 24 hours and they take forever to arrive. THIS IS NOT A US-COMPANY. All items ship from China, and, if you are dissatisfied with anything, YOU pay the return shipping to China. The merchandise is ill-fitting, the material is shoddy, and everything smells of chemicals. Nothing is as pictured on the site. NONE of the merchandise I ordered fit me - and I purchase my clothes almost exclusively on line from reliable US-based companies with no more than an occasional returned item. I was offered a 15% refund, saying "If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to risk your money on merchandise that is unusable.

If you order from Annie Cloth be aware it is coming from China and you will NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT OR GET A REFUND. IF IT DOES NOT FIT YOUR STUCK WITH IT. It was difficult to get the information to send the clothing back and the English was poor on the email telling me it wasn’t worth it to get a refund. I thought of the principle of it and spent $69. to return a couple of pants & tops but then two months later it was returned back to me.

Do not buy from this alleged company it is AKA Nora Cora located in china. The owner emailed me several times pretending to be other people. The garbage that they sent took nearly 1 month to receive and looked nothing like the photos. The fabric, stitching nothing like what was shown. The pictures are false advertisement and the items look nothing like the photo. They are using another companies photos. The name was just changed to Anne Cloth. They should call themselves Bad Cloth, bad liars, bad business practice! GARBAGE!
By the way they are now offering 1 day shipping. Save your money and time. Don't ever buy anything from them! DONOT BUY FROM NORA CORA, ANNIE CLOTH OR ANY OTHER AKA'S
I have been asking for a refund by email since December because they don't have a phone contact. They also used a fake address in the states that was verified by the BBB as a gas station. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB

The clothing I received was poor and cheap quality and not at all what was represented in the pictures on the Annie Cloth website. The items were knock-offs. Upon trying to return the items, I was advised that they had to be returned to China and I would have to pay the shipping. They offered 15% credit on the items instead which I did not pursue. The return shipping cost was not cost effective. I spent $142.63 on the clothing purchase and I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company as this is a scam.

I can't believe I have been taken twice in a almost a month but it happened I placed 1st order November 14th they ask for street address but I get all mail at post office. They sent money back I tried again 2 weeks later and now I'm looking for my order and nothing has been sent so I'm going to get my money back again I guess

Three days ago I received a sweatshirt from Annie Cloth that I did not order and do not want. Right away I alerted my AARP Visa and they are checking into it. Also I contacted PayPal and they are also checking. I was told by both not to pay it. Annie Cloth said the following "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
I don't know what to do. I know I did not order this because I would never pay $10.99 shipping on a $13.99 item.

Complete and total scam!

When order didn’t ship for weeks I cancelled the order multiple times. Then it shows up. Not at all like what was represented...trash can junk. They want me to pay more to send it back then the original price.

They won’t talk by phone and can’t speak with management. They call me the wrong name even when corrected repeatedly. Tell me my order number doesn’t belong to them and I need to contact a different company. They answer their emails as Annie cloth, zolucky, and another company I don’t remember right now.

They operate out of China.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

I ordered a $120 worth of items from them through a PayPal purchase back on mother's day, and I never received a thing. I contacted their customer service which was a series of emails. They finally came up with a US Postal Service tracking number that stated it was delivered. After going to my surrounding neighbors houses and asking them if the package was deliverd to them, I decided to go to the post office to see if they had it. The post office told me to cancel payment to Anne Cloth. I went through PayPal to reverse the charges, they investigated my claim and favored Anne Cloth. I then went to where I never had to do before and canceled it through my credit card company. It took a total of 4 months to get money returned for a purchase I never received. This companies customer service and package tracking is nothing to praise. I never complained about an online company before because I never got scammed before. I only order from known retailers now.

I ordered 6 dresses on July 25 and have received two as of 10/22. The company goes by Spark Fashion on my credit card. They say that the other 4 dresses were delivered, but their own records show that they were delivered to a city 125 miles away. They refuse to refund my money or cancel the order. I have filed for a partial refund (I am willing to pay for the two I received) with my Discover card.

https://anniecloth.com/ is a total scam. They advertise heavily on-line. I came across their ad on CNN website. They offer reasonably priced cloths that look very nice in their ads. What you get once you order is an extremely low quality product, and this is when your ordeal starts: they will not cover the cost of returns, you learn you have to send the items back to China.They will try to give you some small discount so you don't return. I took it as a matter of principle, and decided to return the items. They sent me their address (in China) and I mailed the items at my own expense. USPS told me once the package arrives in China I would not be able to track it. For the last several weeks the company has been claiming they did not receive the package (I could track it until it arrived in China, so I know it landed there).

I am writing this to warn others to not fall for this scam. Stay away from this company as you will be cheated.

I guess I was super naive about online store scams.. I ordered about $120 worth of product from anniecloth, and about 2 months later, after figuring out they were a scam company from China, the items started trickling in 1 by 1.. all items were fake and not wearable! Company offered me a small % refund to keep them. I refused and after getting nowhere with them, put in a complaint/case to paypal instead. PAYPAL IS IN ON THE SCAM people! Even with photo evidence and some items never arriving, they sided with anniecloth and closed the case. They said I would have to return the items to seller in order to get the refund. I paid $89 to return the junk..and guess what.. Chinese customs (who also protects all their scammers) refused it for NO reason and I just received back the package almost 6 MONTHS later! USPS will not refund my shipping costs..it's nobody's problem..no one wants to shut them down.

I want to start out with how much I wish Annie Cloth and it's other many fraudulent sites were real. They have very cute clothes listed at very reasonable prices. However, when you finally get the order it does not resemble the item. I waited a long time to order the boots and dress I wanted. When I was finally could afford to order my order didn't arrive for over a month before I wrote emails and threatened them with calling the state attorney general and filing complaints. The items arrived. Neither were even close to what I ordered. It was very disappointing I didn't check there reviews before I ordered and wish I had.

What I don't understand is why there hasn't been anything done about them continuing to steal from people. I've noticed they are not showing the models faces anymore but the clothes are the same with all of their bogus sites which all I have found are as follows:

Takes at least 5-6 weeks for delivery.

If you need to return ,you have to ship the returns back to China at your expense.

Annie cloth offers 15% refund of your purchase if you don’t return the cloths.

Only uses email to communicate and keeps just repeating the same emails.

Very misleading, a scam company. Do not get involved with Annie Cloth.

This business is so unscrupulous.
I received the order on July 31st and the items didn't fit and the quality was so poor, I contacted them same day to return the items. They have a small slip in the package with 7 steps you're required to do. They state they will contact you in 24-48 hours to "approve the return". After waiting 72 hours ( you are only allowed 7 days to return your items), I sent another e-mail giving them the shipping carrier and tracking number. Four days later, they stated, you cannot return to that address it has to go to China and there will be no refunds if it's sent anywhere else. My package left.
They are sneaking and zero transparency!

Out of all the clothing companies out there, do yourselves a favor and avoid this one! It's a complete scam.

The website looks like they have great products and deals, but don't be fooled.

I placed an order of $150.00 on 7/6/20 and received my clothing on 7/25/20.

On 7/10/20, my order still said "processing," when I checked the status. The only contact information that was available was an email address. No phone, no address. I emailed and did receive a response and they said it was "processing." I tried tracking the packages with the number they provided and my results came up "invalid number." Again, I reached out and they sent me a tracking number in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese.

I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They replied, they could not. I had to receive the packages and then send back (at my own expense).

I finally received the packages and they are all poor quality, the bags were dirty and clothing was NOTHING like what was described on the website. I opened all the packages outside with gloves and mask.

They included directions to "return" the packages. I followed the directions, by emailing. They responded that I needed to detail out my order (not what the original packing slip stated.) I revised and set back as requested by the email. They responded with a response that said, I was responsible to send back to Gauangshou, China and that I may be responsible for custom fees. They would need to inspect my items before they would issue a refund.

They also stated international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs. They offered to give a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items. If there are any sizing issues, I can use the funds to alter clothing.

At this point, I do want to return, however it's going to cost more to return and there is no guarantee that my refund will even happen due to the location. There is no one to contact. They won't even send an address.

Be aware of this company. The clothing they sent is horrible. NOTHING what was stated on the website.

I work heard and to have a China based "company" take it from me or anyone in the United States is wrong.

I ordered 4 items advertised as cotton and all of them ara horrible polyester. Completely different from the photos.
Terrible quality and they arrived 1 month after the date they promise.

This site is a scam! They sell very cheap knock offs of the clothing they advertise. The cotton t shirt I ordered was not cotton but some shiny cheap polyester blend, and was not even the same style as advertised. The print on the fabric very crude. The Boho Manches tunic also shiny cheap polyester with printed weave of cotton, not the actual cotton fabric shown on the website, extremely garish. Not sized properly for US sizes. All the items I ordered were the same; cheap crude imitations of the items on the website all very poor quality. The order took almost a month to arrive. This is a site out of China and they send clothing that is not fit for the clearance misfit rack, and they expect the customer to pay for international shipping to return it! Buyer beware! It is just a con.
