i ordered something over 2 months ago and never received it. they tell you to email them or direct message on social media but they NEVER answer. they only respond to positive comments on their posts. they took all but 1 item off their website but even marked that 1 as sold out as to “catch up on orders” but my order has been going in and out of some shopping center fairfield new jersey. they’re selling anime blankets.

I ordered from their website and they claim to take 2 weeks to ship. I waited patiently and then received tracking. Tracking was stuck in the same place for a week and a half saying “label created”

Then after that week I received a second tracking number and it still says delivery time pending.

My package hasn’t moved and several people on their social medias are having the same issue.

This seem crazy that 100s of people are claiming the same type of behavior.

I’ve emailed several times with new answer and it’s just getting to the point were i felt needed to be reported.
