On October 24, 2026, I received an unsolicited iMessage from [email protected] claiming to be "Hannah Bennett from Amazon's Remote Recruitment Team." I had not applied for any such job. The message offered a remote job helping Amazon sellers update product listings. It stated the work would take 60-90 minutes per day, 4 days per week, and would pay $100-$600 per day plus a stated base payment of $1,000 for every 4 working days. It also mentioned free training, 15-20 days of paid annual leave, 18 positions supposedly available, and that applicants must be at least 23 years old. The message directed the recipient to text 6823241046 for more information. I did not apply for the job, did not send money, and did not send personal information. This appeared to be a fake Amazon recruiter message impersonating Amazon.
