Said they were with Amarillo Police Department and were wanting to know if they could count on our contribution. Tried to nail me down to an amount. Thought conversation was over and he said Hello and suddenly I was switched to some one with a foreign accent asking me how much I committed. At that point I hung up and called Police Department.
