Alpha DME Medical LLC contacted me by phone, said they were sending me Knee Braces per doctor order. I haven't been to a doctor about my knees. they had my Social Security Number and address. I told them I don't need knee braces, they sent them anyway. I figure they will bill Medicare. I have tried to contact them at (916) 603-3314 and no one calls back, I have sent an email to [email protected] and no one replys.
