I ordered an engine from them that I never received. I called a few times about a delivery date and when they didn’t show the last time they just stopped answering the phone. I didn’t get my money back or the engine

Step-Uncle was looking for a motor and found the website AllCityAutoStore.com with the one he was looking for. He purchased the motor via the website (https://allcityautostore.com) using a bank issue debit card for $996. He received an email from [email protected] with an order number and an attached invoice in PDF format. Later the cardholder (his wife) received a message with a tracking number and another message stating the tracking number was not meant for him, it was for another customer.

There has been no more contact since then. The website is down and they do not answer phone calls to (816) 325-3122.
