Online purchase of "Birkenstock" sandals

Took forever to arrive. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Shoe gaped and too big, poorest quality. No paperwork. Wrapped in plastic to ship. No paperwork included at all. The only info I had was the return address. Alejandro Ruiz, 1559 Glenn Curtiss St., Carson, CA, 90476. Want to return and get money back. Impossible.

WOMEN'S SANDALS ORTHOPEDIC

I ordered leather orthopedic sandals costing $55.58, which I received almost a month later. They came to my mailbox in a cheaply wrapped thin gray plastic with 2 labels. One label from China and the other from Alejandro Ruiz, 1550 Glenn Curtiss Street, Carson, CA 90746, and opening the gray wrap, the sandals are in a clear cellophane wrap. I never opened the cellophane wrap because of the quality of the sandals. I have emailed this company for a refund for false advertising, but no response. They also charged a tip of $6.60, unauthorized.

I waited 2 months for a pair of sandals that were described and pictured Birkenstock. They are very cheaply made and are larger than what was ordered. Spent basically $50 for dime store product. No return papers, sent an email and googled the return address and obviously no response. Is it possible to get my money back?

Orthopedic sandals from QVC

I ordered 2 pr of orthopedic washable sandals from a supposedly QVC summer sale. They arrived and obviously were not from QVC. The shoes were too small for one thong, the other, they were made from very cheap materials. The bottoms of the shoes were made out of cheap plastic. There was no paperwork included at all. The only info I had was the return address. Alejandro Ruiz, 1559 Glenn Curtiss St., Carson, CA. I haven't been able to locate any phone numbers at all. When I Googled is info, I found out this is a verified scammer. The other information on my order was TDDUNG.

Not what I ordered!!!!

I ordered 2 dolls, 1 was supposed to be a red head and one a brunette. It was supposed to include doll clothes as well. They came looking just alike, both brunettes. They are only 9” and not 12”! As well as, there aren’t any doll clothes included in the order. This is a scam and you have no recourse! Do not order from this company!

This was a total scam, item was not the same as advertised. Not even close. And there is glue drippings on the sides and back.
Paid 47.98 for a piece of junk.

The black hair industry is probably over millions in revenue. I was directed to a website Doprhair.com that advertised 100% human hair wigs for low price on TikTok. Ordered two wigs, which took almost one month to be delivered.

Received wigs yesterday, nothing like the picture. The poorest quality, nothing what I ordered. Not human hair as advertised. Packaging for wigs unacceptable. A complete mess.

What I discovered after the fact, the pictures used on their website were pictures from other sites exactly the same, exactly the same. False advertisement.

This is one message they sent regarding my inquiry about order.

This company needs to be shut down from TikTok and website so no other persons are scammed.
