I ordered mine on the 15th of March and payed 17$ for it. I have received no necklace or contact even tho I’ve messaged them and emailed them. No reply’s at all. I’d like a refund. I don’t own much money and it was a gift for a friends birthday. Alay vina have taken advantage of people and taken our money. Someone needs to do something about it!

They are scammers. They are on instagram. I messaged them on their website as well as on insta. They are like dead. No reaponse at all. They will surely pay for it!

I ordered the name necklace off of the website March 6th and I have not received a tracking email but I received a tracking email. This is definitely a scam and I would like a refund please. I read the reviews and it said that it came 2 weeks after the purchase but it has been 2 weeks after my purchase. I would like a refund back if I am not getting my product anytime soon

I ordered from them and as the days go on I feel like it's definitely a scam :/ it is what it is, it was only $10. But they're definitely scamming as I ordered my necklace one or two weeks ago and I still did not get a tracking number or any updates

I had an ad come across for this company, and I purchased a necklace from them. It was only $10 so I’m not that mad about it, but I have yet to receive my product so I’d like my money back. I got a text message as confirmation but no email when I purchased the necklace. I emailed them a week later and asked for an update on the necklace since I hadn’t received an email. It’s been a week after that email and they still haven’t contacted me. I messaged them on Instagram as well and I’m awaiting a response.
