In march-2020 I bought 1 necklace, I sent a lot of emails. Thought that the time that was taking was because of COVID-19 ... but nothing came yet. No money and no necklace. Shame on them. I hope that people of this fake company suffer for their crimes.not cool :(

I ordered a necklace from alay vina accessories for my friends birthday. The website and ad looked legit and there were even positive reviews about the order. I received an email about the transaction and that I would receive another one when it is on the way... I didn't. Does anyone know how I can get my money back? I know it wasn't a lot if money but it's still money.

i ordered a costumized necklace in march and i haven’t received anything and haven’t gotten any update of where my order is at and i’ve emailed the “company” more than 2 times, it was cheap but still cost money, this is not right!

I was on Instagram right now and came across another ad of jewelry and I remembered I had bought from Alay Vina, so I googled them, and the website doesn't exist anymore. I remember the website looked legit. Now Im worried, about my info.

I ordered a necklace back in march and I still haven’t received any message or email and obviously the necklace hasn’t arrived, that’s why I entered this website and I could see it’s been happening to a lot of people. What concerns me the most is the fact that I put my credit card number in order to pay and I’m afraid they can just take out as much money as they want. Does anybody know about this? I ordered two necklaces back in March and still have yet to hear from them. They sent me the same message others are getting and I want my money back. :( Some people are so terrible especially at times like this?I don’t understand, I mean I was ordering for part of a friends birthday so it really aggravates me. I join all the good yet complaints here, I too ordered a necklace in the beginning of March it’s is now more than mid way of May and still no necklace after two attempts to try and reach them via email and no reply I’m filing a claim hope no one else gets robbed because the necklaces are affordable but the money adds up and it is clearly a scam. Hope they get stopped!

I ordered my best friend and I name necklaces months ago and paid with my card. I still haven’t received my necklaces but I have chargers to my card from them. I’m so upset because not only did I get scammed but the best friends birthday present isn’t coming in.
