This company is a rat, I bought a mini proyector on 07/28/2020 and till now I don’t receive anything it’s been a month, they a scammer ?

Hi Sergio. Did you use PayPal to pay?
This is the same thing that happened to me. This company is for sure scamming. This is what you can do.. for a complaint with PayPal asking for a refund. Aikpro will then send you an item that will not be the item you ordered. However PayPal will close you’re case because they provided a tracking number. Don’t give up. Call PayPal and tell them to change the reason why you are reopening or refilling a claim is now because you didn’t receive the correct item. Aikpro will try to offer you a partial refund. I would not accept. Then PayPal will side with you but you will have to mail your item back to them which is the China address that will cost an arm and a leg. That’s the difficult part. PayPal will only give you $30 USD for shipping back to China. How I got my money back was by telling them that the address provided does not exist and the post office was able to verify. Good luck.

I ordered a nail printer for around $40 months ago (I think In April or May) I never ever received the item, and the tracking turned out to be fake. I contacted the company finally to let them know my package said it was delivered but I never got it. They told me to go to the post office and let them know my situation, and they would reimburse me because whatever the problem was it was due to Canada post. I tried that and they said they don’t do that, and they even tried tracking the package and it said the tracking number was invalid. I let the company know and they told me that I had to get “proof” of this. I complied. I went out of my way to the post office for a 3rd time in regards to that specific parcel and again they told me they could not provide any form of “proof” for me to send the company in order to get my refund. They refuse to give my money back even after I explained all this and how I went through all this trouble for nothing which I wouldn’t have done had I gotten the parcel. I’m extremely frustrated. Is there anything I can do to get my refund?

I ordered a lift up backrest on 29th July & received a mans watch.Please sed me what I ordered or refund my money. .I paid through Pay Pal.I have reported it to PayPal & they are investing it.Please resolve this complaint.

Ordered a a garden slack line kit with 6 attachments cost £29, after 2 months received a 30cm piece of rope.
Very difficult to contact ignored all messages until PayPal got involve, even the had to wait 6 weeks but received refund today.

I bought a table and chairs online. I paid $ 32.00 dlls. including shipping to be fast and after a month I got a $ 5.00 value watch.

I need my money back. I will call my bank and let they know that was a fraud!

I purchased to of the same rocking chairs and also received two cheap watches. They are offering me the same deal as above complaint. 50% back if I return the merchandise. What a scam! See below response.

This is what they are telling everyone, I will never order from this company or any other company in China. They are nothing but scammer,. They want to take half of your money from you and send you half as a refund, that's not right

I Just received my order of 2 chairs waiting almost 2 months - I did contact them through paypal because it took so long. NO SURPRISE - 2 cheap watches - I have escalated my claim through paypal. This is a SCAM! I attached 2 pictures of the watches received and a picture of the chair I actually ordered.

I ordered 2 folding rocking chairs (from an ad I came across on Facebook) and received a small package containing 2 cheap MREURIO quartz watches with black bands. I paid thru PayPal so I opened a dispute via PayPal. Here is the communication on the matter so far.

Dear Customer:

Sorry, I didn\'t reply to your message in time.

We are very sorry for the product you received.

In order to express my sincere apologies and reduce your losses, we will refund 40% of your total order as compensation. You can keep the product without returning it.

If you cannot accept partial compensation and want a full refund, please return the item you received. When the company receive and confirm it is not damaged, we will issue a full refund.

It is very troublesome to return the product to China. You need to spend your time to send it out, and you have to waste a long time waiting for the product to arrive in China before you can get a full refund, so I hope you can consider me suggestion.

My response: Absolutely not, you will refund my full amount and send me a return shipping label for the return of the wrong items. It was your error and you are not charging me, the customer, a dime for your screw up! I have already contacted Capital One disputing this charge as well. I will not hesitate to report you to the Better Business Bureau as well.

According to the full refund policy, customer need to return the product they received at their own expense and ensure that the returned items are not damaged in order to obtain a full refund. In addition, it will take 20 business days to receive the returned product and check for damage before we can pay the full refund. If the returned product is damaged, you will not receive a refund.

You may think that the seller should responsible for the return shipping cost, but PayPal does not explicitly require the seller to pay the return shipping cost. Therefore, the seller will not pay return shipping charges for this.

The cost of shipping the product back to China is basically $ 20 or more. Therefore, it is not a good choice for you to return and get a full refund, which will waste your unnecessary shipping costs.

I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved quickly by negotiating partial compensation with you. However, I can only apply to the company for up to 55% of your total order as compensation for you. If you agree, I will refund you immediately.

If you still insist on returning for a full refund, I will send you the address of our company warehouse.

I hope you will consider my suggestion and look forward to your reply.
