I had the same happen to me where I ordered a nice looking chair and I received two crap watches. I called Pay Pal and because they were made aware previously that the company was a scam, there were able to refund my money. Hope that helps others with their situations.

Ordered 2 back lifters and received two crappy watches. I contacted Paypal and they said that a tracking number was provided and my claim was denied. I am out over AUD$60 and not happy.

Same thing happened to me as all the other complaints. I normally check companies out first but neglected to this time. Ordered outdoor rocking chairs and never received them so filed with pay pal. They provided a tracking number. Come to find out I did get a package but my mother and law had ordered stuff so we thought it was hers. It was 2 crappy watches. I sent emails and photos and was told they could refund me if I paid for shipping back to China. Don’t think so! Then they said I could keep the item and they would refund me 40%. I said how about I keep them and you refund me the purchase price and I’ll eat the initial shipping. No response back and no refund. Pay pal just denied my claim because they provided tracking info. So needless to say lesson learned and done fighting with it. It wasn’t that much money luckily.

i got con out of £26.98 by this company and after lots of e/mails to this company who said yes to the question that i asked [ i have photo copys of all my e/mails]which i sent to paypal and they found in favor of Aikpro,so i lost this sum of money,in fact i will go as far as to say that they STOLE MY MONEY AND PAYPAL DID NOT HELP GET IT BACK,SO I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL.

Rip off merchants, using TikTok and other methods to sell items they do not have. It’s called Click Bait! You buy and pay via PayPal, and wait ages, then receive a piece of plastic [censored] a few weeks later in the post- but NOT what you ordered, and never will be! This is done, as it shows you received an item, but will cost you more than it’s worth to return for a refund. And even if you do, they’ll just say they haven’t received it back. PayPal are on the side of the seller, and close any open cases in favor of the seller. If you don’t believe me, just type AIKPRO LIMITED into google or safari, and see for yourself, just how many other people have been conned, and PayPal favor these [censored], against good honest customers...
I don’t understand why they let it continue, but am sure it’s all about £££££ in the end to them.

Exactly the same happened to me. I have about 22 emails back and forth with Aikpro. PayPal is not very helpful here. Closed my case without even having contacted me. Sent an email to PayPal's service email address and they haven't got back to me so far.

I ordered 2 power lifting bedrest on July 3rd, was sent 2 cheap male watches, reported it to PayPal they got in contact with them and they wanted to refund me $22 and I paid them $43.99. I didn't received the 2 watches until paypal got involved on September 3th.,it took them 2 months and still didn't send me what I ordered, this company is definitely a fraud and scammers

I could almost copy and paste all the above emails which is the same I have been sent.

I ordered a phone projector
I received mini goggles

10 emails later back and forth with no resolution.
I refuse to pay anymore money which they are requesting (additional shipping costs) and I do not wish to keep the goggles. I do not want or need to goggles.

Have escalated this to PayPal resolutions - hopefully they will see my 10+ years of clean history as a buyer and seller and issue a full refund.

After reporting them to Pay Pay and asking for my money back only for them to keep on insisting it was on its way it’s on its way then to receive this cheep wrist watch is unbelievable

Ordered a roof pole for the sum £25.01 only to receive a cheep wrist watch shame on companies like this for taking honest people’s money and shame on Facebook Marketplace for allowing companies like this to advertise on they’re sites.

Be careful buying anything off Facebook from Tikis store or 24hr store or AIKPRO.LIMITED.

The scam goes like this they will advertise something on Facebook with the banner 80% off, one day only and the price is ridiculously cheap, but instead of sending you what you order they send you a cheap plastic watch.

PayPal won’t do anything as the dodgy AIKPRO.LIMITED provided PayPal with a postal receipt and proof of delivery and PayPal tell you to sort it out with AIKPRO.LIMITED who is ripping you off.

When I lodged a complaint through PayPal AIKPRO.LIMITED offered that I could keep the watch with a 40% discount, the only way AIKPRO.LIMITED will refund my money is if I return the watch, at my own expense to a Chinese location, but AIKPRO.LIMITED wouldn’t give me the address to send it to. I hope AIKPRO.LIMITED do provide me with an address so I can pass it into ACIC’s fraud squad.

PayPal has been less than helpful and a search of scam alert websites reveal quiet a number of unhappy people who are getting caught out by AIKPRO.LIMITED and PayPal refuses to ban AIKPRO.LIMITED from using PayPal to commit their fraud.

So please learn from my misfortune and be careful as the scammers are out their and Facebook and PayPal are doing nothing to protect the innocent users of their services.

Ohh and the tracking number that AIKPRO.LIMITED give you for your parcel doesn’t work on official postal carriers. You have to download a bogus virus filled app that tells you nothing you don’t already know.

I have had same thing ordered a stacking stool received a watch. Lots of complaints about this company scam it’s very easy for PayPal to investigate just search on internet will find this yet they ask me after months to return to address went to post office and it’s restricted/illegal to send watches to China which is probably why the are delivering watch plus to be able show item delivered. Luckily I took photo of my purchase show photo in invoice showed photo of small envelope with shipping number for my stool. But still awaiting PayPal refund let’s hope soon but not holding breath

Contacted PayPal about the problem,less than 2 days got a total refund including my original shipping costs.Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMERS. Ask PayPal if they can block this seller from there platform.

Mann muß die Ware zurück schicken und bezahlen, die nehmen sie dann nicht an und die Rücksendung muss man dann noch bezahlen!

Ist eine Betrügerische Firma!
Es kommt eine Ware die nie bestellt wurde und keinen falls auch nur annähernd dem bezahlten Preis entspricht!
Paypal lehnt den Fall ab, sie senden dir dann eine Rücksendung die du bezahlen musst, diese nehmen sie dann nicht an und du musst die Retour Sendung auch noch bezahlen!
