Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a phone case on line. It said & showed hard plastic cases ( very hard ) plus it said fast delivery. I thought it was Casemate so i ordered 1. After a couple weeks i didn't receive anything. So i looked on line & saw i made a mistake. So i ordered 1 from Casemate & had it in 7 days. Meanwhile i contacted the other company because the order was still in transit. They said its taking longer at post office. So i punched everything in & the post office didn't have the item yet. So i asked them to cancel it since it had been 3 weeks & it wasn't even shipped yet. I said i ordered 1 & i had it. They said no they were going to ship it give them a chance. So on the 7th at 9:30 pm it says its ou for delivery. I said it's impossible our mail doesn't delivery that late. So the said it will be there tomorrow. So on the 8th of June i got this little package. I opened it & i couldn't believe it

It was this flimsy piece of plastic that wouldn't stay together. I have a Z fold 4 it cost 1700.00 & that wouldn't protect a fly let alone a phone of any make. I emailed support & told them i wanted my 44.00 back,that didn't even look like any of the pictures. Their response was that it was plenty able to protect a phone. I tried again with no response. I even went to their website. Because they deactivated the way i was contacting them. Ive tried 2 more times. I canceled my case in PayPal because my case was coming. I had know idea it was a cheap piece of plastic. If you look on their site it looks nothing like what I received.
