they contacted me saying they were interested in my son and that they are a modeling agency, which I did my search and turns out they are scamming people to buy expensive photoshoots and making them sign contracts where they just take the money and no representation after the money is taken out, they simply stop answering clients calls. i only lost 50 but there has been people that already lost thousands because they were misleading them.

Justin McGinnis emailed me indicating that he got my information from AllCasting asking for my name and phone number to schedule me for a photo shoot for Intracedo Apparel. He also said he was a casting director for Allure Model Management. The email said they would book my flight and accommodations, but I could not verify his identity on the company website or through LinkedIn. I did not provide any money because I have experienced 2 similar instances. I have not and will not provide any further information or answer any questions from him due to the warning flags and others experiencing the same scam.

A recent graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy recently submitted for a paid job opportunity with NYC Petite Models for work at the NY Auto Show. She provided her email, headshot and resume and was invited for an appointment. During the appointment, a woman met with her and showed her a fake website/ pictures of her "models" and tried to get her to pay $395 for a photo shoot to "create a portfolio" so she could start working for the company. She even started to take her to an ATM so she could take out money for a deposit.

Several other graduates had similar experiences.
