Barry Allen has a group page in facebook (Adorable Shih-Tzu puppies for Adoption in Texas) i joined that group and messaged him regarding information about the puppy. He replied and stated that puppy was $650 and sent me a contract that i need to pay another $350 for the paperwork and upkeep which was refundable upon pick up of the puppy. That is all was in the supposedly contract. I asked to call him and do a video call so i can see the puppy and replied that i need to send payment first before he will show the puppy and I did sent the payment and from then he was giving me these excuses that he is so busy with work but kept on communicating with me regarding the puppy. He supposedly went to the vet 2 days prior to the expected delivery to have the puppy check and stated that he couldn't get the puppy up until he pays the vet and he asked me to pay $500 that day so the puppy will be released. I only paid $250 for it as I was already suspecting something fishy is going on. I still want to give him the benefit of the doubt. He gave me a tracking number and website to check to track the shipment. I was able to track it but status was "on hold". The day of the supposedly delivery date the supposedly courier messaged me that I have to pay for the air-conditioned crate of the puppy. I called the number of the company and it was unreachable. I then reached out to this Barry Allen person and demand to give me my money back and I even offered to drive to his place in Dallas TX to pick up the puppy which was my intention to do in the first place. I tried calling him and he is not picking up but replies back to my messages in messenger. I demanded a refund of my money since he did not deliver what was expected from him. He then had the audacity to asked me to pay him $250 for the shipping fee of the puppy and that is were I placed my foot down and said no I am not paying any amount as i am already fully paid for the puppy. This is a person is a total scammer!
