Didn't realize it was a subscription

I ordered this product in June of 2023, I never received an email or confirmation regarding the purchase. I wish I would have read the small print but I expected an email confirmation.
Now it's one month later and I got another package that I don't want.
This product doesn't work as advertised. Please don't waste your time or money.

SCAM

On Facebook there was this ad for keto Gummies. They wouldn’t tell you how much it cost till you put in your credit card and hit submit. I got charged 259.99 and then 59.99. I got an email from acvforhealth with there phone number (833) 781-7624. I called right away to cancel. After it rings all it says is customer support and a woman picks up usually named Jane with an accent. She told me they could not cancel the order. She told me when I receive the package to just send it back. I did that. Did not even open it. Also I thought I was ordering one bottle but they changed me for 5 bottles. I did receive a refund of 148.00 dollars. When I called back to ask where the rest of my refund was of 109.99 they told me I did receive my refund and there is a restock fee of 10.00 a bottle. They said I agreed to that and that was their return policy. I said ok but I was still owed 59.99. Then I asked to speak to a manager and they told me none were available and someone would call me back. Nobody called. I sent many emails. They blocked me. But their email is acvforhealth.com and their phone number is (833) 781-7624. They also told me they were located in United States and South Asia. I never got 59.99 dollars back.

Frauds/Scammers

Made purchase April 16th and canceled next morning via email to which then given another offer to keep order and part of a refund and would wait response. I responded back with no thank you and dead silence on their end.
I called credit card company to which they said normally easier to work with seller. Called the Customer Service line and told already shipped and on my dime to send back once received. What happened to my responding before shipping told that there was a note awaiting reply but sent anyway and I was told I could stop at Post Office and request they send back. Again no tracking information given. Sent another email and it said email of tracking will be sent once order shipped and again no information provided.
Reporting fraud with credit card immediately.

I was on Facebook and a link with Ophara advertising ACV Keto Diet Slim Gummies appeared. However the link after I purchased two bottles of ACV Keto Slim Gummies for $59.99 linked me to Slim Gummies Super Keto. The prices weren’t listed to include the accurate content of each package so I only clicked the 2bottle order for $59.99: To my bewildered surprise, Multiple text messages from my Capital One Credit Card began to ring in my text messaging box for $119.99 and $198.99 transactions repeatedly. My Capital One Card removed all 10 transaction attempts but fraudulently left the one for $119.99 and &$59.99 because Capital One claims those charges are pending. But they suggested I call them:
