was sent through postal mail a bill for trust deed recording fee of $109. I previously went through trust law firm who recorded the deed for $30, Which my county recorders office said was complete and that this mail i received was a scam and to report it to BBB. I want this scam company reported for trying to get money out of people recording deeds.

We recorded a deed for property with our county and paid $109 for the transaction. This organization found the public records and created a realistic but fake invoice stating we owed them $109 for the transaction.

Their return envelope for payment has a P.O. Box. PO Box 910 Norco, CA 92860-0917
