Got a pink post card in the mail saying my kia service warranty was expiring and to call them. I did and the line didn't ring- they immediately answered. Asked for my record ID that's on the pink mail card, I gave it. They asked if it was for my Telluride, I said yes. Asked if I have any dash lights on I said no. He said my consultant just finished a call and to hold on, I hung up because it didn't seem legit. I'm sure they were going to ask for money and personal info but luckily I realized before it got that far. Will include pics of postcard.
