Scammers!
Lessons learned:
1) Read all available reviews before deciding to send money to a business.
2) Try contacting the Business' Customer Service by phone BEFORE sending any money. No contact = no business.
3) Scammers can have very elaborate and professional websites, no realistic indicator of how their business actually is.
4) Look up the Company's address. If it doesn't make sense, it's probably a scam. For example: A windshield manufacturing company with a 12045 Slauson Ave. Suite C address, nowhere near the manufacturing section of town.
