I was asked if I charged an amount of money in my Apple Apps. If not then call this number 737-228-3643 I called and he acted as an Apple employee. Walked me through my phone and was able to see all my accounts and checked my Venmo account and had me open up new account number so that hackers would use this new account instead of my own accounts. Asked me to go to the nearest store to purchase a gift card so that I can use this to pay for new security package for my phone and computer. By then I finally realized I’ve been scammed. I did not purchase gift card. But my Venmo and PayPal is being used to make numerous charges under my name and address I need help in stopping them from using my indentity
