Rec'd from gentleman (Bill Washington) from 7023569782, claiming to be from Publishers Clearing house. He said that I Won 4.5 million and a car. Requested I go to Walgreens to get a American Gift to pay penalty because of the amount of money per the Government. I did get gift and it was for $99.00. He asked for the number on the gift card and expiration date. I gave him the information and I then realized it was a scam because the money was taken off the card. Please look into this scam.
