Paula from Business Consumer Alliance called moments after the CSLB issued my card to let me know that to release my issued lic. I needed to pay $496. I naively gave her all my card info to learn it was a scam! She works for a 3rd party business that lies to CSLB applicants to enroll them in a service that is NOT necessary.

Her name is paula she said she work for the CSLB and told me i need to pay $496 dollars mandatory by the CSLB in order to get my license. I paid but my bank declined the payment, so i research and call the CSLB. Thats when i realice i was been scam.
