the caller said his name was James, calling from publisher clearance house sweepstakes and you have won a car and a cash prize. you must pay certain fees to claim prizes. He already had my name, address, and telephone number. I hung up the phone before he put a fee on claiming the prizes. called the number back, no answer 559 316 8584
