Type of a scam Online Purchase
Problem #1 (later when I used it, it began to feel like concrete on my face and I realized the bottle was practically empty! I could seen the bottom. The she ushered to to her "partner" for a free facial ! Sweet!.....NOT!
Problem #2...As "Fabio" creamed up my face and talked continually, succeeding to charm me into buying more products including a LED light of sorts that would diminish or rid me of my wrinkles that he so sweetly pointed out and this magic handheld light could also decrease my pain from my arthritis....well I was intrigued because I have so much pain and nothing helps. So as he is lavishing many facial products on my lap, I barely had time to think, and the pressure continued in such a false charming way, I made my purchase costing over $4,000.00.
I never received an invoice nor a credit card receipt . also they asked for my drivers license to copy for a warranty which i never received a copy of. He told me he was giving me an extra box of creams worth $6,000.00 that he would mail to me the following week (did not receive and at this point I would not have accepted) .
Then later as I began to worry about identity theft I called Visa to stop payment and investigate....Sept29 I received their answer and they DID NOT pay. Now I have received a voicemail stating "their legal department" will be handling this. I have looked at reviews of this company and their tactics are the same in many locations and its many many complaints and warnings NOT to engage with them at all....scam warnings. I can provide copies of some of these complaints. I would like no further contact with this person or this company as they should be shut down. I did call my local fair and told them my concerns and ask they not be allowed back and they were made aware of their tactics by others already and will not be allowed back.
