I am reporting repeated unsolicited robocalls from an entity identifying itself as “Anthony Schmidt, senior loan specialist,” offering a $250,000 business line of credit. These calls are persistent, appear automated, and provide no legitimate or functioning opt-out mechanism.

I have not provided consent to be contacted, and the message does not include a compliant way to unsubscribe or be placed on a do-not-call list. This appears to be a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.

The callback number provided (855-357-2016) connects to a generic underwriting or funding line with no clear identification of the business entity responsible, which further raises concerns about deceptive practices.

I request that this number and associated calling campaigns be investigated and blocked, and that enforcement action be taken as appropriate.
