BAR AND ASSOCIATES

BALDWIN ASSET RECOVERY called and stated that EZ MONEY LOAN SERVICES filed a complaint against me for taking out a payday loan, and if I do not pay the balance, the firm was going to garnish my wages, unless I make a payment. I do not recall taking out a loan from that company and I never received any correspondence in taking out a loan from this company, Baldwin Asset Recovery, had my personal information. I am not sure how this company obtain my personal information.
