Received robocall stating I owed backtaxes which I do not.

"I hope your day is going well. My name is Shane Richardson from Your Back Tax Filings LLC and my phone number is 201-267-1193 and I am calling you about your overdue back tax filings. This is a notification call about your back tax debt that must be settled before the end of the month. We have received a notice that your debt must be settled before the end of the month and if you call today we can possibly help you avoid any wage garnishment. My phone number is 201-267-1193. I do have some good news for you about some recent programs that have taken affect that could possibly help you reduce or completely eliminate your overdue back tax before you receive a wage garnishment. Once again my name is Shane Richardson from Your Back Tax Filings LLC and my phone number is 201-267-1193."

I was left a phone message from Shane Richardson from Back Tax Filings LLC. The message claimed that they could help with the back taxes owed by the end of the month, which would result in garnished wages or other bad things. I don't owe any taxes, so it was obviously a scam. I believe that companies who use these scare tactics are despicable.

A older woman with a light southern accent called and left a voicemail. She identified herself as working with Back Tax LLC and said that they *may* be able to help me with the outstanding taxes “owed” IF I was able to call them back by the end of the day. She stressed this several times on the voicemail. The number she called from was a NC number (where I live), but the number to call back was 201-267-1193, which is a NJ number.

Left a vm saying "I have good news for you a bout recent programs that could help reduce or eliminate your overdue back tax debt before you received wage garnishment. Name Shane Richardson, LLC. Then said call 512-325-8862 - number provided to call back and opt out of future calls
