This company charges you for a product you order and then sends you a cheap different product all together. I ordered a cat litter box from them and they sent me a plastic paint can cover that looks like it was from the Dollar Tree. I contacted the company several times after receiving the item and they haven't responded. Paypal didn't even have my back in the matter because initially I filed a dispute for not receiving the item after a month. ZZRays miraculously sent out an item within a week but it was not what I ordered. I escalated my claim with Paypal and they denied it because this company had provided them with a bogus shipping number. This company is scamming people everyday. I googled their name and found constant reports of people complaining of the same or similar scam situation. This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!
