I attended a Real Estate Expo in October 2018, at which time I was offered the opportunity to attend a discounted 3 day workshop with Real Estate Elevated for $697. During the 3 day workshop I was advised to purchase their diamond package ($41,297) where I would have specialized training and the guidance needed to be successful as a real estate investor (flipper). A few days later (after the 3 day cancellation) another individual phoned me and suggested that I purchase the BE Inside Edge program ($26,000) as that would give me direct access to many coaches and the best chance of success. I was confused as I was under the impression that it was all in the diamond package. I was assured that it wasn't, but if I purchased the BE Inside Edge as well, I was guaranteed to be a real estate flipping mogul. He assured me my real estate profits would cover my credit card costs. To date, I have yet to receive any profit from real estate investing. All I have done is pay for the more than $57,000 in credit card debit that I am in because of their false advertising.
