Postcard in mail, company would not answer any questions.

This is your Warranty Replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement.

I received an envelope in the mail which has no company name or website anywhere on it or in the enclosed letter. The letter form has the same fonts as the dmv and phrases like “final notice” and “immediate response required”. It also has a “check” voucher made out in my name. When I called to ask the name of the company, they hung up on me. I called again to find out it is Zurich car warranty group. The company is legitimate, but information on this mailer is very misleading and the company seems to try to hide who they are.
