I ordered a FitBit Charge HR for $79.99 with tax the total was $85.59. The funds were immediately charged to my credit card. I did not receive an email confirmation nor a shipping confirmation. I emailed from the company's website and did not receive a response. After 2 days, I emailed again with no response. I did a order tracking check and it stated that the order was cancelled and $85.59 was refunded to me. To date, I have not received a refund. I emailed the company again and they will not respond. This company is a front and is just taking money from people and not shipping product.

Lure customers to its website with too good to be true deals. After customers placed orders and paid by credit cards on its website, customers would be told their products are out of stock and a refund would be made in 7-21 business days. But customers will never get their refund. The website will disappear soon.
