I just placed an order for two swatch books with ZS Fabrics in Delhi, India for a total of $104.51. Upon completing the order, according to the company's website, they stated the shipping charge was $.01. Shortly after placing the order, the company sent an email telling me the charge for shipping would be $75. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. They sent another email asking if I would be comfortable with a $28 shipping charge instead. Otherwise, they would have to charge me 18% of the cost to cancel the order. I told them to cancel the order and I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.
